At Awesomeliving Comfort Care, we are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to support seniors and individuals in their homes throughout the Memphis area. In this role, we provide more than assistance—we build meaningful relationships rooted in dignity, respect, and trust.
As a PCA, you will offer a combination of companionship, homemaking, and personal care services while maintaining a professional, supportive, and positive home environment. We value flexibility, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to meeting each client’s unique needs.
We rely on Personal Care Attendants to provide compassionate companionship and respectful support in clients’ homes. This role includes assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation support when needed. PCAs follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in client conditions, communicate professionally with families and staff, and always prioritize client safety, dignity, and comfort.
We seek caring individuals who enjoy working with seniors and are committed to providing quality care. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while prior home care experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to assist with mobility and lift up to 35 pounds, and communicate clearly and respectfully. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance are required, along with successful completion of all background, drug, and physical screenings. Flexibility and adaptability to changing care needs are essential.
